ConsultingKids works worldwide on fresh solutions for professional challenges. Since our start , we’ve grown into an international network of creatives, researchers, and facilitators who involve children in tackling complex social and organizational issues.

Our international network
ConsultingKids has a global team of over 25 independent creative professionals, with a local presence in more than six countries — and counting. In the Netherlands alone, over eight team members are active.
Each member brings a unique background. Our experience spans management consulting, facilitation, and project management across government, business, the creative industries, media, IT, and education.
What unites us are a few crucial traits: the enthusiasm and analytical ability to tackle complex organizational challenges, the creativity to find innovative perspectives, the skill to recognize and harness the refreshing thinking power of children — and the conviction that we help them grow through our program “Problem Solver in a Day.”
Our mission
At ConsultingKids, we have a dual mission. We help organizations break free from workspace rigidity and terminal seriousness surrounding their most complex challenges by bringing in the fresh perspective of children — leading to real solutions and forward movement.
At the same time, we give children an unforgettable experience where they learn to think along, use their creativity, and develop problem-solving skills.
Our mission is to harness the synergy between the open-minded creativity of children and the experience and knowledge of professionals. In doing so, we connect generations and cultures around the world — turning problem-solving into a source of energy, imagination, and connection.
Together, we’re paving the way for a more innovative, playful, and effective way of working — one that sparks action (and smiles) even on the most complex challenges.

A unique experience — and now moving forward with three concrete recommendations.
For the Airspace Renewal Program, our ambition was to communicate goals and facts in an honest and engaging way, so that citizens and politicians could form well-informed opinions and make thoughtful decisions.
ConsultingKids translated this complex challenge in a brilliant and fitting way, making it possible for children to think along. It was impressive how quickly they managed to realize this — within just six weeks before the summer break.
The energy and liveliness in the classroom were a unique experience for many colleagues, and it was fantastic to see the ideas that emerged and how ConsultingKids translated them back into professional advice.
We’re now actively working on three of those recommendations and have shared the results with the children as well. The entire process was a special experience, and the kick-off with the “Thinking Like a Child” workshop laid a strong foundation to involve more colleagues from the very start.
